Complete Registration

Once the group or schedule is confirmed, you’ll receive your enrollment packet and first month invoice.

To complete your child’s registration, please provide:

 

 Documents may be submitted digitally or in person at your first class.
If you need help, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

  • Completed enrollment form (digital or printed)
  • Copy of ID (parent/guardian also)
  • Emergency contact details
  • Signed policies agreement (included in packet)
  • Consent form for photo/video use
